Why VA Panels Lag More Than The Spec Sheet Suggests

HDR and Chroma Subsampling’s Hidden Lag Cost
Some of these monitors had measurable processing lag when HDR was enabled, ranging from 1 to 2 ms depending on the panel because the display had to perform extra tone-mapping calculations every frame.

Does 165Hz Panel Headroom Matter At All On PS5?
